I/We confirm that we booked our flat at Pearl Providence through UberPod Realty (MahaRERA Agent No. A51800042560), that our Agreement for Sale is or will be registered, and that at least 20% of the agreement value has been or will be paid before the offer is honoured. We choose a fixed contribution of ₹2,00,000 towards buyer-arranged Umrah for two (inclusive of travel taxes). This offer is made and funded solely by UberPod Realty. Chandiwala, the developer, has no involvement in, affiliation with, or responsibility for this offer or its payment. The benefit is released only after the 20% payment and the successful registration of your Agreement for Sale — with stamp duty paid — at the Registrar's office. Your Umrah, your choice of operator and package. You book directly with your chosen operator, who handles visas, tickets, accommodation and other travel services. UberPod Realty’s role is to pay the financial benefit, not to arrange or manage the tour. Optional introductions may be offered on request; you remain free to choose your operator. We pay all travel costs above the contribution cap. We understand we receive one benefit only, never both; that it is non-transferable; that it is withdrawn if the booking is cancelled; and that the offer terms on the legal disclaimer page apply. UberPod Realty will verify these details and confirm the benefit to us in writing.
